١ ما البيانات التي نجمعها؟
عند استخدام منصة Loom، قد نجمع البيانات التالية:
📧 البريد الإلكتروني
🖼️ الصور التي ترفعها
💬 البرومت الذي تكتبه
🌐 عنوان IP
📱 نوع المتصفح والجهاز
⏱️ وقت وتاريخ الاستخدام
إذا استخدمت المنصة بدون حساب، نحفظ فقط معرّف جلسة مجهول الهوية (Session ID) لتتبع الكريديت المجاني.
٢ كيف نستخدم بياناتك؟
نستخدم بياناتك فقط للأغراض التالية:
• تقديم خدمة تعديل الصور وإرسالها لـ Google Gemini API للمعالجة
• إدارة حسابك وكريديتاتك اليومية
• تحسين جودة الخدمة وإصلاح المشاكل التقنية
• إرسال إشعارات مهمة تتعلق بحسابك (إذا اخترت ذلك)
🚫 لا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف ثالث، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات المستهدفة.
٣ مع من نشارك بياناتك؟
للقيام بتقديم الخدمة، نتعامل مع شركاء موثوقين:
• Google Cloud (Gemini API) — لمعالجة الصور بالذكاء الاصطناعي. الصور تُرسل للمعالجة ولا تُخزَّن على خوادمهم.
• Supabase — لتخزين بيانات الحساب والكريديتات بشكل آمن.
• Railway — لاستضافة الخادم وتشغيل التطبيق.
جميع هؤلاء الشركاء ملتزمون بمعايير حماية البيانات الدولية.
٤ الصور التي ترفعها
الصور التي ترفعها تُعالَج مؤقتاً في الذاكرة (Memory) ولا تُخزَّن على خوادمنا بعد اكتمال المعالجة.
يُرسَل نسخة منها إلى Google Gemini API للمعالجة وفقاً لسياسة خصوصية Google.
⚠️ لا ترفع صوراً تحتوي على معلومات حساسة أو بيانات شخصية لأشخاص آخرين دون إذنهم.
٥ حقوقك
لديك الحق في:
• الوصول — طلب نسخة من بياناتك الشخصية
• التصحيح — تصحيح أي بيانات غير دقيقة
• الحذف — طلب حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك
• الاعتراض — الاعتراض على أي معالجة لا توافق عليها

٦ الكوكيز والتتبع
نستخدم Local Storage في المتصفح فقط لحفظ تفضيلاتك (اللغة، الجلسة، التوكن) — لا نستخدم كوكيز تتبع أو إعلانية.

1 What data do we collect?
When using Loom, we may collect:

💬 Prompts you write
🌐 IP address
📱 Browser & device type
⏱️ Usage timestamps
If you use Loom without an account, we only store an anonymous Session ID to track your free credit usage.
2 How do we use your data?
We use your data only for:
• Processing your image edits via Google Gemini API
• Managing your account and daily credits
• Improving our service and fixing technical issues
• Sending important account-related notifications (if you opt in)
🚫 We never sell your data to third parties or use it for targeted advertising.
3 Who do we share data with?
To provide our service, we work with trusted partners:
• Google Cloud (Gemini API) — For AI image processing. Images are sent for processing and not stored on their servers.
• Supabase — For secure storage of account data and credits.
• Railway — For server hosting and app execution.
All partners comply with international data protection standards.
4 Images you upload
Images you upload are processed temporarily in memory and are not stored on our servers after processing is complete.
A copy is sent to Google Gemini API for processing in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
⚠️ Do not upload images containing sensitive information or personal data of others without their consent.
5 Your rights
You have the right to:
• Access — Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction — Correct any inaccurate data
• Deletion — Request deletion of your account and all data
• Objection — Object to any processing you disagree with

6 Cookies & tracking
We only use browser Local Storage to save your preferences (language, session, token) — we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
