باستخدامك لمنصة Loom على loomuae.xyz، فأنت تؤكد أنك قرأت وفهمت ووافقت على هذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق، يرجى عدم استخدام المنصة.
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سنخطرك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
٢ استخدام الخدمة
يمكنك استخدام Loom لـ:
• تعديل صور منتجاتك التجارية والشخصية
• تحسين جودة الصور للمتاجر الإلكترونية والتسويق
• أي غرض مشروع آخر يتوافق مع هذه الشروط
🚫 يُحظر تماماً: رفع صور تحتوي على محتوى مسيء، صور لأشخاص دون إذنهم، محتوى ينتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية، أو أي محتوى مخالف للقانون.
٣ الحساب والكريديتات
• الكريديتات المجانية (5 يومياً) متاحة للحسابات المسجلة ولا يمكن ترحيلها لليوم التالي.
• أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة مرور حسابك.
• نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إلغاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط دون إشعار مسبق.
الكريديتات المجانية ليست قابلة للاسترداد أو التحويل أو البيع.
٤ ملكية المحتوى
• صورك الأصلية — تظل ملكاً لك بالكامل. نحن لا ندّعي أي حقوق عليها.
• الصور المعدّلة — الناتج النهائي هو لك وبإمكانك استخدامه تجارياً.
• منصة Loom — الكود والتصميم والعلامة التجارية هي ملكية حصرية لـ Maven.
٥ حدود المسؤولية
Loom تُقدَّم "كما هي" (As-Is). نسعى دائماً لتقديم أفضل خدمة ممكنة، لكن:
• لا نضمن أن الخدمة ستكون متاحة دائماً بدون انقطاع.
• جودة النتائج تعتمد على جودة الصورة المرفوعة والبرومت المكتوب.
• لسنا مسؤولين عن أي أضرار تجارية ناتجة عن استخدام أو عدم إمكانية استخدام الخدمة.
نتائج الذكاء الاصطناعي قد لا تكون مثالية دائماً — راجع النتيجة قبل الاستخدام التجاري.
٦ الخدمات الخارجية
نستخدم Google Gemini API لمعالجة الصور. باستخدامك للمنصة، فأنت تقبل أيضاً شروط استخدام Google المتعلقة بهذه الخدمة.

1 Acceptance of Terms
By using Loom at loomuae.xyz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email.
2 Use of Service
You may use Loom to:
• Edit your commercial and personal product photos
• Enhance image quality for online stores and marketing
• Any other lawful purpose consistent with these terms
🚫 Strictly prohibited: Uploading offensive content, images of people without consent, content that infringes intellectual property rights, or any illegal content.
3 Account & Credits
• Free credits (5 daily) are available to registered accounts and cannot be rolled over to the next day.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice.
Free credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be sold.
4 Content Ownership
• Your original images — Remain entirely yours. We claim no rights over them.
• Edited images — The final output belongs to you and may be used commercially.
• Loom platform — The code, design, and brand are exclusive property of Maven.
5 Limitation of Liability
Loom is provided "As-Is". We strive to provide the best possible service, however:
• We do not guarantee the service will always be available without interruption.
• Result quality depends on the quality of the uploaded image and written prompt.
• We are not liable for any commercial damages resulting from use or inability to use the service.
AI results may not always be perfect — review the output before commercial use.
6 Third-Party Services
We use Google Gemini API for image processing. By using the platform, you also accept Google's terms of service related to this API.
